Step out the door and straight onto a network of marked walking routes leading to lochans, waterfalls, and forested hillsides. Surrounded by the mountains of Argyll Forest Park and facing east towards Loch Goil, this property offers both tranquillity and direct access to the outdoors.

The Property

This three-storey holiday home is generous in every sense—spacious living areas, a large kitchen-diner, multiple lounges, and five bedrooms make Lettermay perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. Whether gathered around the island in the kitchen, dining together, or relaxing in one of the two lounges (one with a real fire), the house offers flexibility and comfort.

Lettermay is ideal for socialising, celebrating, or simply spreading out. The layout flows naturally across the three levels, with a mix of private spaces and shared rooms, and practical facilities like a utility room, multiple bathrooms, and ample parking.
