Located within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, it’s just steps from the start of marked walking trails and a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Lochgoilhead village.

Set on Inverlounin Road—a quiet, elevated, single-track road along the loch’s east shore—Ivybank offers uninterrupted views and easy access to the loch, trails, and wildlife. Red squirrels and birds regularly visit the garden, and free fishing and boat hire are available in the village.

The Property

Built around 150 years ago as a gardener’s cottage, Ivybank has been modernised while preserving its original character. The layout includes a sun room, lounge with wood-burning stove, and two bedrooms (one en-suite). The cottage is mostly on one level with ramped access, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
