Ideal for walkers and nature lovers, this peaceful hideaway is set on the route of the Loch Lomond and Cowal Way long-distance footpath.
Enjoy garden and mountain views from the east-facing raised patio, or explore marked trails including Donich Falls, Steeple Hill, and more. A copy of the **Loch Goil Trails Walking Guide** is provided in the cottage to help you plan your outings.
The Property
Hollybank offers a comfortable and modern two-storey layout. The ground floor includes a hallway, kitchen, dining room with a 2-seater sofa, shower room, and double bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious lounge with partial loch views and a second double bedroom with coombed ceilings and a decorative fireplace (non-working).
With oil-fired central heating and thoughtful furnishings throughout, the cottage is well suited to year-round stays. The raised patio is enclosed and includes a BBQ and outdoor seating under a gazebo – perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or sheltered evenings outdoors.
