Arivean Cottage is a beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom detached cottage just steps from the shores of Loch Goil, with easy access to marked walking trails and the Goil Inn. Its village-centre location means you’re close to the heart of Lochgoilhead while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Partial loch and mountain views can be enjoyed from the lounge and kitchen, overlooking the Goil Inn car park.
The Property
The owners have thoughtfully refurbished and extended Arivean Cottage to create a cosy and comfortable holiday home. It’s ideal for relaxing days in or as a base to explore the Cowal Peninsula. The cottage includes an open-plan sitting room and kitchen with a wood-burning stove, and is suited to guests with limited mobility thanks to its layout and private off-road parking for two cars.
The rear of the cottage features a patio seating area with a bistro table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. While the rear garden is not enclosed, the setting is peaceful and easily accessible. Please note that BBQs are not permitted due to the timber construction of the cottage.
