What the guests say

A lovely house in a great location. We absolutely loved our week in Lochgoilhead, staying in Howebank. The house is spacious, with a large, modern kitchen; a huge garden; large and well-furnished bedrooms; and a comfortable front-room (which includes a tv with satellite, a piano and a very impressive book and dvd collection). It was a lovely place to come back to after a good day out. The location is also excellent. Just across the road there is an arboretum with a play area, and the lovely Goil Inn is juat a short walk away, as is the head of the loch. Highlights of the week include: visiting Benmore and Ardkinglas gardens (the latter with a Gruffalo Trail and Champion Trees); the walk up to Donich Falls; boat hire on the loch; and a day out at nearby Loch Lomond. A week to remember. 🙂
