This house was perfect for a group of friends who have never visited the highlands before. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen for home cooking. Great neighbours. Definitely recommend it!

About the property

At the entrance to the Drimsynie Estate but a private holiday home. Benefit from this great location within walking distance of a the activities, places to eat and entertainment on the holiday park.


A 4 bedroom detached bungalow at the entrance to the Drimsynie Estate. Views from the lounge are of the tall sequoia trees, over the golf course and towards the head of Loch Goil. Steps away from the footbridge that leads to the shore side walk into the village.

The property

Private parking by the entrance to the house. Enter via the hallway into the dining and open plan lounge areas with laminate flooring, This area is bright and roomy and is ideal for family and friends to socialise. Fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area. There is a family bathroom as well as a second WC.

Outside, and down some steps, you come to a large grassy area leading down to the golf course.. This is great space for children to play or else to sit out and enjoy the view.

Good housekeeping deposit – £100

We require a GHD from you representing your agreement to leave the property as found. The owner may claim for any loss or damage, extra cleaning costs, smoking in property or undeclared over-occupancy. You pay this by a pre-authorised debit or credit card the day before arrival. The pre-authorisation is released within 3 days of departure, unless there is a claim.

The Loch Goil area has possibly the best range of Activity Options of any small community in the west of Scotland. Go seal spotting or fishing on a boat from Loch Goil Cruisers, head off one a number of marked Walking Trails, enjoy a round of golf at Drimsynie. Be sure to check out the leisure centre with it’s choice of indoor and outdoor activities. For Entertainment The Goil Inn has live music every Friday night. The nearby holiday park also has regular entertainment, including fun-times for the youngsters. Eating Out options in the village and at the holiday park.
